In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, 48niceph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
48niceph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other e-wallets and bank transfer services as listed on the Platform. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 48niceph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 48niceph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall 48niceph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. 48niceph is not responsible for any funds left in a closed account.
48niceph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimate account balances will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 48niceph reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee on accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the 48niceph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, 48niceph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights.
48niceph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
